Prairie Risings has worked hard at establishing a team of professionals from all the trades. Craftsmanship and materials are of the highest priority in creating each and every home.

A home built by Prairie Risings is a custom home. We have a firm belief in particular quality, uniqueness, and tradition. We are here to advise and guide you in a personal design process that may  be created solely by the Design/Build process, or a predesigned home plan you have admired for years.

Here is a bit about the Process:

1.) Daryl and Joy will meet and spend time talking with you about your lifestyle and needs. They will spend time talking to you about your current or past housing while determining from you what your lifestyle and current family needs are. Space, pricing, needs, wants, hobbies, etc. are all discussed in length to arrive at a needs assessment of space.

2.) The design and selection process continues as your space and budget needs are molded into a working drawing from which final adjustments and costs are determined. This may be quick or may  take some time.   Whatever time is necessary to reach satisfaction on the floor plan, costs, and specifications up front is time well spent.  Whether your home is to be built on your previously chosen land or in a Prairie Risings development, the site needs will be assessed and taken into consideration during this period.  Also, during this process you begin to become familiar with part of the Prairie Risings team. Our draftsman, specialty suppliers, and designers may all play an intrigal part in your home design.

3.) The building process proceeds with coordination of all the elements in the physical process of building the home through Prairie Risings.  Communication abounds as information goes in all directions and team members respond.   Customer excitement builds, and you are continually informed of the process schedule.
